Safety

Healing begins with feeling safe. Bloom provides a stable, nurturing home where physical and emotional safety are equally important. Girls are supported with predictable routines, clear and respectful boundaries, consistent caregivers, and relationships built on trust rather than fear. We work to create an environment where girls can be themselves, express emotions, make mistakes, ask for help, and know they will be treated with dignity and respect.

Our Core Values

Growth

Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Girls receive individualized therapeutic support, including individual therapy and evidence-based approaches such as EMDR when clinically appropriate. Treatment is integrated with everyday life at Bloom, helping girls build resilience, process difficult experiences, strengthen relationships, and move toward their individual goals.

Life Skills

Everyday opportunities to build independence and prepare for adulthood—from cooking, budgeting, and self-care to communication, problem-solving, and healthy relationships. Girls also practice practical DBT-informed skills for managing emotions, tolerating distress, navigating conflict, and making thoughtful choices.
